A Journey to Southeast Idaho

Born and raised in Virginia's Prince George County, Parker's fascination with the West began at a young age. He dreamed of fly-fishing and living in the West and, at 14, saved up to join his dad on a trip to fish the legendary rivers that the area is known for. This sparked an annual tradition.

At 18, Parker served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ogden, Utah, where he discovered the Ogden River's serene beauty. Afterward, he pursued his lifelong dream, relocating to Southeast Idaho.

Attending Brigham Young University-Idaho, Parker met his wife, Ellie, a Rexburg native. He graduated with a Business Management degree while working in construction locally. However, his passion shifted to real estate sales and development, leading him to obtain his Idaho Real Estate Salesperson license and eventually his Idaho Real Estate Broker license.

Parker joined Realty Quest in Rexburg, achieving remarkable success from the beginning. He has continued to excel, facilitating millions of dollars in diverse transactions spanning:

·    Development and subdivision sales
·    Vacant land and building lots
·    Riverfront properties
·    Residential sales
